Nurse Role Overview

As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services within a day health program. Working under the guidance of the nursing manager and physician protocols, the nurse supports individuals with disabilities through clinical care, health education, and daily support services.

This role blends clinical nursing expertise with compassionate care, ensuring that each client receives personalized attention tailored to their health and developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities of the Nurse

Clinical Care and Health Assessment

The Nurse uses established nursing processes—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide comprehensive healthcare services to clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Implementing treatment plans based on physician orders
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care strategies

Collaboration with Multidisciplinary Teams
