Are you a compassionate nurse with expertise in perioperative care? St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Lithotripsy Nurse to provide exceptional care to adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients. Key Responsibilities
As a Lithotripsy Nurse, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Delivering patient-centered care for scheduled lithotripsy procedures
- Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff
- Monitoring patients’ vitals and clinical conditions before, during, and after procedures
- Educating patients and families on care, recovery, and post-procedure safety
- Maintaining accurate documentation and adherence to hospital policies
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary performance efforts
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Active Arizona RN License
- American Heart Association BLS Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- One year of recent acute care experience
- Experience in ICU, Pre-Op, or PACU
