  • Salary Range: $44.24 – $55.43 per hour

Core Responsibilities

Enhancing Quality of Care

  • Lead initiatives that improve quality patient care and safety standards

  • Provide hands-on coaching and clinical training to nursing staff
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment

Leadership & Clinical Excellence

  • Contribute to research and program development
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Qualifications & Requirements

We’re seeking a confident and experienced Clinical Resource Nurse who thrives in a leadership role and is committed to excellence in care.

Essential Criteria

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) registration with CRNM
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience
  • Current BCLS certification

Preferred Certifications (Assets)

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
  • Fetal Health Surveillance

Key Skills

  • Strong leadership and clinical decision-making abilities
