Core Responsibilities
Enhancing Quality of Care
- Lead initiatives that improve quality patient care and safety standards
- Implement and evaluate evidence-based nursing practices
- Support continuous quality improvement across the facility
Mentorship & Staff Development
- Provide hands-on coaching and clinical training to nursing staff
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Empower staff through education and professional guidance
Leadership & Clinical Excellence
- Guide nursing teams in complex clinical decision-making
- Contribute to research and program development
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Qualifications & Requirements
We’re seeking a confident and experienced Clinical Resource Nurse who thrives in a leadership role and is committed to excellence in care.
Essential Criteria
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) registration with CRNM
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience
- Current BCLS certification
Preferred Certifications (Assets)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- Fetal Health Surveillance
Key Skills
- Strong leadership and clinical decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
