About the Clinic Registered Nurse Role
The Clinic Registered Nurse plays a key role in delivering high-quality patient care while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. This role focuses on client assessment, care planning, and clinical coordination to ensure patients receive personalized and effective healthcare services.
Guided by professional standards set by the College of Nurses of Ontario, the Clinic Registered Nurse supports patients through their care journey, ensuring continuity of care and improved health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Comprehensive Patient Care
- Conduct clinical assessments to evaluate patient health and care needs.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans using evidence-based practices.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies when necessary.
Coordinate Care and Support Transitions
- Act as a primary care provider for assigned patient caseloads.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community healthcare services.
- Assist patients during care transitions and connect them with local health resources.
Deliver Patient-Centered Healthcare
- Promote preventive care and wellness through education and support.

Work Environment and Schedule
The Clinic Registered Nurse position offers flexible scheduling to support both patient care and work-life balance.
Available shifts include:
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Rotational weekend availability may be required depending on operational needs.

- Physical capability to perform clinical duties including standing, walking, bending, and lifting when necessary
