As a Staff Nurse (Band 5), you will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. You will play a key role in supporting patients through their rehabilitation journey, encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate patient care
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Promote a clean, safe, and supportive clinical environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and carers
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
- Build positive working relationships across the healthcare team
- Practice in line with Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) standards
Skills & Experience Required
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC licence to practice
- Passion for patient rehabilitation and promoting independence
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work flexibly across a 24/7 rota (including nights and weekends)
- Confidence using IT systems, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- A compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
