Key Responsibilities
As an AM Nurse, your role is essential in ensuring residents’ health, safety, and overall well-being. Responsibilities include:
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor, document, and report vital signs, behavior, and patient conditions
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Maintain accurate, timely patient records and documentation
- Participate in care conferences to create individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement personalized care strategies
- Promote a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN or LPN licensure in Florida
- 0–2 years of experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift, move, and transfer patients as required
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
