About the Role

As a Practice Nurse, you will play an important role in supporting the clinic’s doctors and delivering excellent patient care. You will assist with a range of clinical tasks and health programs that support preventative care and ongoing patient wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer immunisations and manage vaccines
  • Provide wound care and dressing changes
  • Conduct health assessments and care planning
  • Assist GPs with clinical procedures
  • Support chronic disease management programs
  • Maintain sterilisation and infection control standards
  • Provide patient education and clinical support
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation

About You

The ideal candidate is a caring and organised Registered Nurse who is committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Essential Requirements

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • A compassionate and professional approach to patient care

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in general practice nursing
  • Familiarity with Best Practice medical software
