SustainHealth Recruitment is partnering with a respected not-for-profit aged care provider to recruit experienced Registered Nurses for permanent roles across several residential facilities in the Mid North Coast region of New South Wales.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care
- Administer medications and monitor residents’ clinical conditions
- Conduct resident assessments, documentation, and care planning
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to care staff on shift
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance requirements
About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- At least 12 months of post-registration nursing experience
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation and compliance
- Ability to work AM and PM shifts
- Previous aged care experience is preferred, though training and support are available
