As a Clinical Nurse, you will manage a dedicated client portfolio while providing clinical leadership and guidance to community care staff. Your expertise will help ensure clients receive safe, personalised care that enhances wellbeing and supports independent living.

Working within BlueCare’s community neighbourhood model, you will play an important role in strengthening the delivery of quality nursing services in the home and community setting.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will focus on delivering high-quality clinical care while supporting both clients and team members. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, implementing, and reviewing individualised care plans
  • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments
  • Monitoring client health and adjusting care strategies when needed
  • Supporting the orientation and ongoing development of new staff
  • Providing clinical guidance and mentorship to care teams
  • Ensuring services meet accreditation and compliance standards
  • Responding to clinical issues with sound judgement and professional expertise

Through your leadership, you will help deliver care that improves quality of life and supports individuals to remain safely within their homes.
