The Role: Registered Nurse (Full-Time)

Location: Upper Hutt, Wellington Region, New Zealand
Facility: Elderslea Lodge
Hours: Minimum 32 hours per week
Roster: Includes weekends and night shifts
Pay Range: $37.38 – $53.22 per hour (based on experience)

Deliver Comprehensive Clinical Care

  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments and implement evidence-based care plans

Lead & Inspire

  • Coordinate daily care needs
  • Mentor and guide care staff

Build Strong Relationships

Qualifications & Skills

  • Current New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate
  • Experience using clinical systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management and leadership ability
  • Flexibility to work rostered shifts

Desirable: InterRAI experience and prior experience in aged care nursing or geriatric healthcare.
