Your Role as a Registered Nurse
You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents, ensuring their health, dignity, and wellbeing are always prioritised.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care & Excellence
- Deliver care in line with NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) standards
- Use evidence-based practice to ensure the highest clinical standards
- Manage holistic care needs, including emergency situations
Leadership & Team Support
- Lead and inspire a team of care professionals
- Support and mentor colleagues, including student nurses
- Promote a culture of kindness, compassion, and collaboration
Communication & Development
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Work closely with internal and external healthcare teams
- Commit to continuous professional development and learning

- Registered Nurse (NMC registered)
