About the Role: Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse at Hampstead Court Care Home, you will play a key leadership role in delivering outstanding clinical care. Acting as the person in charge when required, you’ll ensure residents receive safe, effective, and person-centred support at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and perform clinical procedures such as dressings, catheterisation, and tube feeding
  • Monitor and manage chronic medical conditions with professionalism and care
  • Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals, including GPs
  • Supervise and support care staff, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout your shift
  • Carry out accurate assessments and develop personalised care plans

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse who shares our commitment to excellence in elderly care.

Essential Requirements:

  • Valid NMC registration and First Level Nursing qualification
  • Minimum 2 years’ nursing experience with up-to-date clinical knowledge
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of care planning and delivery
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a care team
