Key Responsibilities
As a Staff Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing residents’ care needs and providing appropriate nursing care
- Monitoring and reviewing care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Administering medication in line with NMC guidelines and company policies
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Supporting, supervising, and guiding junior staff members
- Communicating effectively with residents, relatives, and multidisciplinary teams
- Attending mandatory training and ensuring compliance with care standards
