Your Role as a Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse (Days), you’ll play a central role in delivering both clinical excellence and holistic care.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement person-centred care plans in collaboration with residents and families
• Monitor health conditions and carry out clinical observations
• Administer medications safely in line with protocols and MAR guidelines
• Lead and coordinate care teams during shifts
• Ensure accurate, compliant documentation and record-keeping
• Support residents’ independence and daily living activities
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Promote engagement through social interaction and activities
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing
• Respond effectively to emergencies and changing care needs

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a nurse who combines clinical expertise with genuine compassion.

Essential Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A caring, patient, and empathetic approach
• Ability to lead and support a team effectively
• Commitment to delivering person-centred care

Experience in a care home setting is beneficial—but your passion for care is what truly matters.
