About the Role

As a Community Staff Nurse, you will provide a wide range of treatment room and specialist services, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct holistic patient assessments, including history taking and clinical examinations
• Plan, deliver, and evaluate evidence-based nursing care
• Support and manage treatment room services and specialist care pathways
• Deliver care across areas such as:
  • Lower limb management
  • Lymphoedema care
  • Tissue viability and wound care
• Regularly review care plans to ensure they meet individual patient needs
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a consistent, high-quality service

Essential Requirements

• Registered Nurse with strong assessment and care planning skills
• Confidence in delivering hands-on clinical care across varied patient needs
• Ability to travel between sites when required
• A team player who values collaboration and continuous learning

Desirable Attributes

• Experience in community nursing, wound care, or treatment room services
• Interest in developing expertise in lymphoedema management and tissue viability
• Commitment to delivering patient-centred care in community settings
