About the Role
As a Community Staff Nurse, you will provide a wide range of treatment room and specialist services, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct holistic patient assessments, including history taking and clinical examinations
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate evidence-based nursing care
- Support and manage treatment room services and specialist care pathways
- Deliver care across areas such as:
- Lower limb management
- Lymphoedema care
- Tissue viability and wound care
- Regularly review care plans to ensure they meet individual patient needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a consistent, high-quality service

Essential Requirements
- Registered Nurse with strong assessment and care planning skills
- Confidence in delivering hands-on clinical care across varied patient needs
- Ability to travel between sites when required
- A team player who values collaboration and continuous learning
Desirable Attributes
- Experience in community nursing, wound care, or treatment room services
- Interest in developing expertise in lymphoedema management and tissue viability
- Commitment to delivering patient-centred care in community settings
