About the Role
We are seeking skilled Licensed Nurses to join our team in Terre Haute, Indiana. In this role, you will:
- Supervise and manage personnel on your assigned unit
- Oversee the total care of all residents on your unit
- Ensure direct care staff meet residents’ needs consistently
- Review daily assignments to align duties with staff abilities and training
- Initiate and update nursing care plans for residents

What We’re Looking For
The ideal Registered Nurse candidate will have:
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and an active Indiana nursing license in good standing
- At least one year of experience in long-term care or related fields (preferred)
- Strong emotional resilience, professionalism, and the ability to work extended periods on your feet
- Commitment to confidentiality, cooperation, and conscientious use of time
