Your Role as a Baylor Nurse

As a Baylor Nurse, also known as a home health weekend RN, you’ll provide skilled, personalized care while enjoying a schedule designed for flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home OASIS assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver hands-on skilled nursing care, including wound care and medication management
- Support chronic disease management and post-surgical recovery
- Collaborate with caregivers, patients, and interdisciplinary teams
- Provide clinical guidance to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
- Use streamlined documentation tools to maximize patient care time
Work Schedule & Flexibility

What You’ll Need
Qualifications & Experience
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Home health experience with OASIS documentation proficiency
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
Experience in rehabilitation nursing, wound care, or in-home patient care is highly valued.
