City Health Care Partnership CIC (CHCP) is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) team.
This role is ideal for a nurse looking to develop specialist skills in infection control while contributing to safer healthcare environments across a leading community healthcare provider in the UK.
About the Role
As an Infection Prevention & Control Nurse, you will be part of a small, supportive, and forward-thinking team dedicated to maintaining high standards of safety and care.
You’ll work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, patients, and external partners to support and strengthen infection prevention practices across CHCP services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of infection prevention and control strategies across services
- Provide expert advice and guidance to staff on IPC best practices
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external organisations
- Promote safe, high-quality care through education and awareness initiatives
- Monitor compliance and contribute to continuous service improvement
- Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and stakeholders
About You
You are a confident and proactive nurse with a strong interest in infection prevention and control. You bring excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
