Your Role as a Registered Nurse
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering safe, ethical, and high-quality home healthcare services within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled patient visits in school and community settings
- Deliver safe, ethical, and evidence-based nursing care
- Perform patient assessments using appropriate tools and techniques
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans
- Build trust and rapport through a collaborative care approach
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
What You Bring to the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering compassionate and reliable care.
Required Qualifications:
- Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) in good standing
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse patient needs
Preferred:
- Experience in community healthcare or home care settings
- Flexibility and willingness to travel within the designated service area
Compensation & Total Rewards
- Salary Range: $30.15 – $35.73 per hour
