About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care while supporting residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including personal care, lifestyle, and hospitality staff, to create a safe and positive living environment.

This role provides autonomy in clinical decision-making while ensuring you are supported by experienced teams and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will contribute to both clinical care and team collaboration.

• Deliver person-centred nursing care to residents
• Monitor and support residents’ health, safety, and wellbeing
• Administer and manage medications safely
• Work collaboratively with care teams and families
• Support a positive and respectful care environment
• Follow best practices and compliance standards in aged care

About You

• Commitment to safe and compliant care practices
• Current AHPRA registration (no restrictions)
• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
