About the Role: Lead Dental Nurse
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Lead Dental Nurse to join our dynamic team at Bupa Dental Care Wellington. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled dental nurse professional who is ready to step into a leadership role and contribute to a high-performing, patient-focused practice.
Working closely with Practice Manager Aneta Rodowicz, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic while maintaining exceptional standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Patient Care Leadership
- Deliver high-quality chairside assistance across a range of treatments
- Ensure excellent patient care in dentistry with a compassionate approach
- Support compliance with clinical safety and hygiene protocols
Team Coordination & Support
- Guide and mentor junior dental nurses and support staff
- Assist in maintaining an efficient and collaborative work environment
- Act as a reliable point of contact between the team and management
Practice Operations
- Help oversee daily workflow to ensure smooth practice operations
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Support stock control and equipment management
