We are currently seeking passionate and experienced Registered Nurses to join our team in a full-time night-shift role at our Bangalow Residential Village, located in the beautiful Northern Rivers region of New South Wales, just minutes from Byron Bay.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in our residential aged care facility, you will provide safe, high-quality clinical care while supporting residents to maintain independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Working closely with residents, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, you will help create a supportive environment where older Australians receive the care and respect they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional nursing care in line with AHPRA standards
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualised care plans
  • Monitor resident health and respond effectively to changes in condition
  • Lead and mentor care staff to ensure best-practice care delivery
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers
  • Ensure compliance with clinical governance and aged care quality standards

About You

We are looking for experienced nurses who are compassionate, motivated, and committed to delivering outstanding care.

Essential Requirements

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous experience working in aged care
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • A person-centred approach to resident care
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and support team operations when required
