About the Role: Registered Nurse (General Practice)

We’re currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Cessnock team, near Abernethy, New South Wales. This role offers flexibility across part-time, full-time, or casual positions, making it ideal for nurses looking to balance career growth with lifestyle.

Working alongside experienced GPs and healthcare professionals, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality primary healthcare services in a collaborative clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Hands-On Clinical Care

  • Administer immunisations and monitor post-vaccination responses
  • Provide expert wound care, including dressings and suture removal
  • Assist GPs with minor surgical procedures

Manage Patient Needs Effectively

  • Conduct triage and prioritise urgent cases
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation
  • Support efficient patient flow within the practice

Educate & Empower Patients

  • Offer health education and lifestyle guidance
  • Help patients better understand treatment plans and outcomes
  • Promote preventive care and long-term wellbeing

Contribute to Team Excellence
