About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse at MSWA, you will provide high-quality clinical care and support to residents living with neurological conditions in a supported accommodation setting. You’ll work closely with Care Support Workers and the broader clinical team to ensure a safe, respectful, and person-centred environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver nursing assessments, care, and clinical advice to residents
  • Support personal and clinical care aligned with individual care plans
  • Monitor and oversee medication administration and documentation
  • Assist with fitting and use of aids and medical equipment
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and report changes in residents’ conditions
  • Conduct regular observations and escalate concerns when required
  • Collaborate with Care Support Workers to ensure consistent, high-quality care

About You

You are a compassionate and reliable nurse who values teamwork and takes pride in delivering person-centred care. With a proactive mindset and strong communication skills, you contribute positively to both resident outcomes and team culture.

Essential Requirements

  • Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • 1–2 years of experience in residential, disability, aged care, or community settings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Current unrestricted Australian C Class Driver’s Licence
