About the Role: Registered Nurse (General Practice)
We’re currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Cessnock team, near Abernethy, New South Wales. This role offers flexibility across part-time, full-time, or casual positions, making it ideal for nurses looking to balance career growth with lifestyle.
Working alongside experienced GPs and healthcare professionals, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality primary healthcare services in a collaborative clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Hands-On Clinical Care
- Administer immunisations and monitor post-vaccination responses
- Provide expert wound care, including dressings and suture removal
- Assist GPs with minor surgical procedures
Manage Patient Needs Effectively
- Conduct triage and prioritise urgent cases
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation
- Support efficient patient flow within the practice
Educate & Empower Patients
- Offer health education and lifestyle guidance
- Help patients better understand treatment plans and outcomes
- Promote preventive care and long-term wellbeing
Contribute to Team Excellence
