As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care while supporting residents to live with dignity, comfort, and respect.
You’ll work as part of a dedicated care team, using your clinical skills and judgement to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and deliver outstanding nursing care
- Develop and regularly review personalised care plans
- Administer and record medications safely in line with NMC guidelines
- Support, guide, and mentor care team colleagues
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
- Complete ongoing training and maintain professional development
- Promote dignity, safeguarding, and wellbeing for all residents
