Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents
- Assess, plan, and evaluate care needs effectively
- Support residents in making informed, life-changing decisions
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
- Ensure compliance with care standards and safety protocols
- Recognise and respond to safeguarding concerns appropriately
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A valid NMC PIN as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 12 months experience in health or social care
- Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- A compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Ability to mentor and support colleagues and students
- Commitment to safeguarding and professional standards
