Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents
  • Assess, plan, and evaluate care needs effectively
  • Support residents in making informed, life-changing decisions
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
  • Ensure compliance with care standards and safety protocols
  • Recognise and respond to safeguarding concerns appropriately
  • Provide emotional support to residents and their families

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A valid NMC PIN as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 12 months experience in health or social care
  • Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • A compassionate and patient-focused approach
  • Ability to mentor and support colleagues and students
  • Commitment to safeguarding and professional standards
