Key Responsibilities

As an Emergency Room Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care:

• Assess patients and identify appropriate nursing interventions
• Assist in surgical procedures and emergency treatments
• Monitor, document, and respond to changes in patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Operate and monitor medical equipment
• Conduct disease screening and support early diagnosis
• Deliver health education programs to patients and families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care
• Supervise licensed practical nurses and other healthcare staff

• Fast-paced emergency room setting

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in nursing or related healthcare field
• Eligible for or licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable province/territory
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant nursing experience
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills

Certifications & Licenses

• Intravenous (IV) Therapy Certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
• Active RN licensure (provincial/territorial authority)
