Key Responsibilities
As an Emergency Room Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care:
- Assess patients and identify appropriate nursing interventions
- Assist in surgical procedures and emergency treatments
- Monitor, document, and respond to changes in patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Operate and monitor medical equipment
- Conduct disease screening and support early diagnosis
- Deliver health education programs to patients and families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care
- Supervise licensed practical nurses and other healthcare staff

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in nursing or related healthcare field
- Eligible for or licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable province/territory
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant nursing experience
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills
Certifications & Licenses
- Intravenous (IV) Therapy Certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
- Active RN licensure (provincial/territorial authority)
