About the Role: Registered Nurse (Rehabilitation & Acute Stroke)
Join the Internal Medicine team (Ward 3D) as a Registered Nurse, where you’ll deliver high-quality care across rehabilitation nursing and acute stroke care settings.
In this dynamic role, you’ll work alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based treatment and support patients through critical stages of recovery.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Exceptional Patient Care
- Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor, evaluate, and adjust treatment to meet patient needs
Collaborate & Lead
- Work closely with medical, nursing, and allied health professionals
- Support and mentor junior nurses, students, and assistants
- Take initiative in clinical leadership and team coordination
Drive Quality & Improvement
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Apply best practices in clinical care and patient safety
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

Essential Requirements
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA)
