Registered Nurse Responsibilities & Daily Impact
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care to patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality clinical nursing care in an acute medical ward
- Advocate for patients and support informed decision-making
- Monitor patient conditions and respond proactively to changes
- Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, and care teams
- Mentor Enrolled Nurses, Assistants in Nursing, and students
- Maintain the highest standards of ethical and professional practice

Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $74,317 – $104,336 per year
- Superannuation: 12%
- Salary Packaging: Up to $11,600 + novated leasing options
