About the Role

We are excited to welcome dedicated Caregivers to our Bruce McLaren Retirement Village team in Howick. These part-time roles allow you to bring kindness and professionalism to every interaction while working with our residents and their families.

Shifts available:

• Friday to Saturday: 07:00 – 15:00
• Sunday to Monday: 07:30 – 13:00
• Thursday to Saturday: 17:00 – 20:30

Key responsibilities include:

• Building lasting relationships with residents and their families.
• Following personalized care plans to provide the highest quality care.
• Using innovative technology, including our purpose-built care app, myRyman, for streamlined communication and care tracking.
• Supporting colleagues to foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, our ideal candidate will have:

• Kindness and empathy at the core of their approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Previous aged care experience is a plus, but not essential.

Work rights: Applicants must have New Zealand work eligibility.
