About the Role: Enrolled Nurse (General Practice)
We are currently seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our Port Macquarie team on a full-time basis. In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced nurses and GPs to deliver high-quality primary healthcare services in a modern, collaborative clinical setting.
This position is ideal for nurses who enjoy hands-on care, patient interaction, and contributing to a positive healthcare experience.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Quality Clinical Care
- Administer immunisations and monitor post-vaccination responses
- Provide effective wound care, including dressings and suture removal
- Assist GPs with minor surgical procedures
Support Patient Management
- Perform triage and prioritise urgent care needs
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation
- Ensure smooth patient flow within the practice
Promote Health & Wellbeing
- Provide patient education and lifestyle advice
- Support preventive care and long-term health outcomes
- Encourage patients to take an active role in their health
Work as Part of a Team
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Contribute to a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented environment

Essential Requirements
- Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
- Experience in general practice nursing or acute care settings
