As an MS/Device Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and recovery of our patients, while contributing to a healthcare team that sets the standard for excellence in cardiac and device-related care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care through collaboration with healthcare team members.
• Apply autonomous nursing judgment in managing patients with MS and device-related needs.
• Lead, mentor, and role-model professional nursing practices to peers and junior staff.
• Coordinate and delegate care in a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Maintain focus on patient comfort, pain management, and anxiety reduction.
• Adhere to all TMH policies and the Florida Nurse Practice Act while promoting ICARE values (Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Excellence).

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Required: Current RN license in Florida
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)

Experience

• Preferred: 2+ years of nursing experience; no prior experience required for entry-level consideration

Certifications & Licenses

• Active Florida RN license
• Additional certifications in cardiac or device care preferred but not required
