About the Role – Registered Nurse (Rouse Hill)
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our clinic team in Rouse Hill. This is a hands-on clinical role where you will play a key part in delivering safe, effective, and personalised care across a diverse patient population.
You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to a supportive and inclusive healthcare environment while gaining exposure to specialised services.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver High-Quality Patient Care
- Administer infusion therapies safely and effectively
- Support patients accessing TransHealth services with respect and sensitivity
- Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services
Clinical Assessment & Coordination
- Perform patient assessments and monitor treatment outcomes
- Coordinate care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
- Identify changes in patient conditions and respond appropriately
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and healthcare regulations
- Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy at all times
Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with nurse practitioners and allied health professionals
- Contribute to a positive, patient-focused clinical environment
About You
You are a dedicated and compassionate nurse who combines clinical expertise with strong interpersonal skills. You are organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering safe, respectful, and inclusive care.
You thrive in both independent and team-based settings and are confident working in a dynamic clinical environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) registration with AHPRA
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Strong clinical skills in infusion therapy and primary healthcare
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
- Proven ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Understanding of patient safety, confidentiality, and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
Highly Desirable
- Experience or knowledge in TransHealth services
- Additional certifications in infusion therapy or related fields
Additional Requirements
- Ability to commute to Rouse Hill, NSW
- Must be authorised to work in Australia
